Anyone know of a good supplier of Wilesco spares, in England?

Not paper n steam, as he needs pictures, and I can't take them, as I don't have the parts to take pictures of!!

Can't you order from Chav or forest classics? Can you fit the parts on the day?

Tell him just to send the parts and you'll send him the pics after you get them. Jimbo.

Nope, he's got none left, not a big enough demand for the Wilesco spares he said. I bought a few bits off him.

This TE is going to look well good when I get the boiler bands and all that on it, and the motion all painted.

Thought they were popular engines? Someone must stock them in the UK?

BOLLOCKS! Just took the piston rod and the slide valve rod off to spray black. The bloody piston, on the end where the rod connects to the piston, has snapped off. This engine really is a cabbage! I wish I wouldn't have bought the bugger now, could have bought a brand new Wilesco Traktor with the money I gave A**y and spare parts. If only I would have known that when I started out collecting. Now, I need either a scrap engine, or a new assembly. The full assembly costs about £30 I think

PLEASE can anyone help?

I'll take it off your hand , you could get spares from a american supplier if shipping costs aren't too much of a issue, you can buy just cylinders and valves and such from yesteryeartoys (cananda)
