A few members use MSN to have online chats but there are a number of members that are that computer savy to set it up.

I'm back and forward to and from my CC to have live chats.

People who have MSN set up and want to share their details will have their MSN handle at the bottom of their posts.

I think a forums, basically the same, but you have a record kept of what is said, and you also don't have to be on it at a specific time to write.
