Could our Moderators or Admin please explain why I cannot attach files to a PM?

I have this attach option with another myfreeforum that I'm a member of, and I can see no options within my Unofficial Mamod Forum profile that would enable/disable this option.

I'm assuming that it is an option that this Forum has not signed up for, or has decided to not allow, as I've just tried attaching a PDF file to a PM on another Forum, and that PDF file is stored at a location within http://gallery.myff.org/

It's not an option we have deliberately turned off.
I don't remember ever seeing an option to turn it on.
Will have a look.

AHh just looked, it requires a template hack to get it to work, will have a look into it.
