Hi guys
I was wondering if any one has a spare coaller that is soldiered into the boiler??? that the whistle screws into as the one i had in my has come out when iwas trying to unscrew the whistle it is stuck to the bottom of the whistle and i cant get ti off, lucky i have a spare whistle that i can fit i just need the coaller to go ni teh boiler with the thread on it.

Since you have a whistle on the way, and now a collar, try this:
Soak the whistle and collar in something overnight. WD-40, salt mixed with vinegar, etc etc
Grip the whistle in a vice, with appropriate protection (cloth around whistle), pour boiling water on it, then grip the collar with vice grips or similar (pliers may not work), and try unscrewing. If it starts to unscrew, ease off vice grips, the use pliers.
I did exact same thing, but with safety valve, only a week ago. Even asked here for new collar too. But decided to give it a go and it worked

Hello
The coaller is totally chewed up from previous attempeted, so its proably not even worth trying to rescue!
