I wouldn't want to replace the existing bush with it as I think Jensen boilers are silver soldered so you wouldn't get the old bush out.
It would be possible to drill another hole and solder the bush in but this would be very tricky and you could easily ruin the boiler doing it so I would advice against it. _________________ http://www.freewebs.com/ozsteam/index.htm

In fact the threads are even tougher to replace than if Silver Soldered, I strongly warn you against attempting that.

I wonder if th would take a Jensen Whistle, and cut the top off, then use a proper hose to adapt it to be able to operate something else. That way you even would have a regulator of sorts. _________________ Your life is an occasion...Rise to it |

These boiler inserts are also designed to be soldered up from the inside of the boiler. Thus if the boiler is silver soldered as posted above then it is not possible.
Sounds like you need an adapter made up to fit your Jensen. Not sure what thread size Jensens are, but air adapters for Mamods, Wilescos & Stuarts appear on ebay UK from time to time. _________________ Chris Cairns.
