welcome to the land of hope and glory(or should that be darkness and depresion). Anyway thase are my locos

To start we have Robin. This is a heavily modified MSS side tank. Since new has gone through two sets of cylinders, been to Wales and back, been on fire and traveled under its own steam about 300 real miles. Not bad for a two year old loco is it

Next up is Dougal or dougie to his mates. This is a standard SL1 with a new chimney, top up valve and a different safety valve although it still blows at 15 psi. It also has a vaporising type burner which burns for about 20 mins on 10mls of meths. This is an amazing loco and on outings is often out performing larger locos. Not run quite as much as robin but has still ended up coming to Wales with me twice.

Getting more technical, here we have Bertie. Made by Roundhouse in 2007 and then went back ealier this year to have all new motion parts fitted. You can't say mine are shelfers . this is a brilliant loco and I would recomend one to anybody. Since the dark nights are coming I finaly got round to fitting some lighting.

The last of the steamers now. Condor is the 16mm worlds equivelent of the SE4. Built by Finescale engineering in the early 80's this is a gas fired loco with loads of details, my favourite being the opening smokebox door. Always interesting to run as the boiler runs out of water before it runs out of gas which keeps you on your toes
