Guys, I just spotted something on my local ebay.

Is an early traction engine. I have never seen one of these before.

Its a very rough New Zealand Cranko steam roller.
A couple of us are already watching it.
It's worth a bit more than is on it at the moment but not too much more.

Here is my one of these engines.
Mine was repainted and has a couple of new parts fabricated by the previous owner.

I haven't run it yet as mine still has a couple of minor issues to be resolved first and I just haven't got to it yet I'm also unsure if the paint is heat proof but will find out one day.  

Cranko made a number of different engines, locos, marine and stationary engines.
Pretty rare in most places except NZ where I guess they would be classed as uncommon to rare.

Here is a link to Stitch's collection of NZ engines showing another roller in better condition than mine and a Cranko Stationary. Cranko made a really call looking tractor which I just helped Manxman get too.
