I found this usefull website which scans your pc
Tells you if you have any problems
And then gives your pc a score
No addaware, spyware, or other rubbish
Go to this site

http://www.pcpitstop.com/

Then click the run "Full pc test link"
Then click "New members"
Then "Dont create a account" Tests your pc annonoumsly
And Finaly click the "Lets go" button
It found quite a few problems with my pc
And gave me tips on how to fix them...

They changed the test at one point because the Gcard was being measured in 2d acceleration
