I own a HARRY ROCKET and I know James owns 1 but I was just wondering if any other members here had an example of this metalic pile of puke?



urrg Im gonna poke my eyes out if I look at it to long!

My mate's Harry the Rocket is actually a steallar little runner. It has been slightly modified (reversibly) with Meccano sprockets and chain and has been modified to run on gauge 3 which fits the scale much better.

It's ugly as hell but it's not unique in that respect. I've heard it runs quite well.

so its just me and James?

I have seen them run well but that doesnt make up for a design that looks like the designer drew it blindfolded at an office party as a joke now does it.

Looks like the discerning members and those with taste do not own this particular model.  What a suprise that you AND James do.

I think it's still an essential "want" type engine, if you are into Mamods AND a loco fan. So it's not really on my list.
