I did have a project on the go for STWWW but never actually took a picture of it till now!  

Any way here it is in its current form, its my  TWK1 converted to a 32mm loco via a one of kit a very kind gentleman made me,

Im currently awaiting chain and its being painted but have had limited sucess with the chain I do have!

I have had it running but when I show it to the track it dosnt want to know, seems to want more tourque but any ajustments to the chain and it cant move due to too much tourqu  

Ideas?

I think it is well enough lubricated, im generally very thorough with the oiling.

I have used some meths to de-grease the wheels see if that makes a differnce..

based on but not quite, made by a friend from the model engineers as a sort of kit. He made it using measurments of a mamod TE and pictures of other locos like this

It's not to heavy to run itself is it , maybe it needs plenty of running in on blocks.
