I just got the parts to get my Bowman 234s running today and just finished putting one of them together so thought it was time for another loco family snapshot.
This is all my locos except the Bing which is still in the postal system and is my Christmas present.

The Bowman 234 with the red roof has yet to be restored and will be getting repainted and the green Mamod like that will be getting completely rebuilt and painted red so it can be a 'James' and will have a silver soldered boiler, gas burner, uprated pistons and be converted to run on 45mm track with centre buffers.

This is the Bowman I just put back together tonight.
You will notice it's sporting two repro bogie wheels and axle, new retaining nuts for driving wheels and dome nuts for crank pins, new fuel tank retaining nut and air hole nut, a new SV and overflow plug. It also has a new handrail holder on the other side of the boiler.
I was going to repaint the boiler but decided to leave it brass so it can atleast show some of its age. When I got this engine it had no original paint on it and was in oil stained grey primer paint.

I think it's now fair to say that locos make up a large portion of my collection.

And I only realised tonight I have no rolling stock the correct size for my Bowmans so I will need to do something about that.

Lovely engines Tony.

I think I'd repaint the boilers though, but that's just me.

Great work mate.

It is more due to the fact I wanted to run it this weekend I think.

Will probably paint the other boiler but it needs to be fireproof paint so kind of limits it to black.

If I make a burner for it and repaint it I would probably get about $450 to $500 in OZ so if you want it for £200 plus postage, lets talk.
