For the price it's still a rather nice piece of engineering. I love the look of those powered bogies too. Next model from Roundhouse is sure to be a double fairlie too!

i had asked them that when i dropped my Bertie off and the answer is no sadly. My guess is the cost of the finished loco would be near £3000 so would be impracticle to set up the machines to make a loco that only a few can afford. IT would be fantastic if they did make one though  |

I'm looking forward to the reviews of Taliesin. Archangel made NWNGR 0-6-4 Fairlie a long time ago, but it wasn't as fine a model as this. _________________ burning fingers since 1989! |

they won't produce a double failie is because the boiler would be incredibly complictaed to fire by roundhouse standards, and it wouldn't really keep up to their philosiphy of things being easy to run, also because Garden Railway folk are willing to pay way over £3000 for a fairlie...  |
