I thing it was around 1700. translates to wind ball  or breath of wind in a ball I Think

Built by Hero of Alexandria a very long time ago. He built over seventy inventions, some very useful, but some being completely pointless, but very fun to watch.
I had to do an english essay and a speech on him a couple of months back.

Actually built about 25 A.D................what are we doing with our time to change the world???...makes me feel like an underachiever    

I just fiddle in the shop and buy peoples steam engines on-line and dive into ponds to retrieve them
