You can find it on ebay sometimes it is called "hobelmaschine"
Nice thing i once owned (now sold).
You can put a piece of soap in it and it will mill down splinters

A D16 is about as common as they get ... 60 Euros is way too much for it. In that condition (whistle's bushing torn out), she's be worth around 20 to 30 Euros.
