1920s-30s model yacht/sail boat - Identification help please

This boat has just come to me through my extended family. The boat was the property of of a Mr Bailey who died at the age of 18 in WWII. He was an RAF pilot. He had this model as a child. It came into my family in 1968.

I would like to restore it or at least clean it up and get it back out on the water. Can you help ID it for me or perhaps point me in the direction of what it should look like with sails and where the best place is to get sails and rigging materials (before I start cutting up the wife's  best pillow cases   )

That looks very much like a Skerrys Cruiser, there's thousands of them still sailing here and in other parts of the world.
Here is a link to the English version of the rules book.
Have a look at page 43 for the sail plan.
You will have to scale the drawings to match your model.
