I've just taken delivery of one of these, built in Brighton by Southern Junior Aircraft Co., but she's missing her engine and rudder/tiller. I could re-engine her with an SEL  or butcher a Bowman or Mamod but I would rather have something more authentic as judging by the box illustration the engine is pretty visible when running. Does anyone have any relevant information or a real one I could have a look at (STIA2013?)

Thanks

Fred

This is the only photograph I have of the engine. As you can see it's not there but you can see where it should be

Fred, if this is the boat I am thinking of, I think I may know someone with one - do you have a photo of the whole boat?

She's in the attic with the rest of the fleet. Perhaps when I get enough data together to make a new engine. I understand the stand alone engines they sold were different to the ones in princess so it's down to a replica or a replacement oscillator. The original appears to have been a ?piston valved machine.
