***Submissions for September 2012 New Winners EOTM***Hello Everyone!
Its time for you to get snapping and to send me your entries for September's NEW WINNERS Engine of the Month 2012!
NEW WINNERS MONTH entrants for the September EOTM will only be accepted from members who have not won the competition before.
The closing date is Wednesday 8th August 2012 11.59pm UK Time

Here are the rules
1, Only 1 entry per person per month. All entries will be entered and 5 randomly picked out for the poll each month. No pictures of potential entrants engines in the thread inviting submissions to the EOTM
2, The number for Final entrants will be 5 if less than 5 engines are entered a Global EMAIL will be issued by the Moderators asking for more entries with a Time limit on it.
If no further entries are made the number of entries will be reduced for that month and the poll will go ahead
3, If only 1 entry is received after the closing time then again a Global EMAIL will be issued by the Moderators asking for more entries with a Time limit on it if no further entries are made the 1 entry will be declared winner of the Month and will have his/ her picture posted on the forum as per usual
4, Engine of the Month winner is not eligible to enter in the following 3 months competition, no exceptions apart from the accessory of the month competition.
5, You must own the engine you are entering, Also you must also take the photo yourself or own the copyright of the photo.
6, The engine must be a toy steam engine or small scale model 3" Scale or less..
7, Winning engine not allowed to be re-entered again.
8, EOTM can be engines by themselves or engines with built in accessory setups...but NO stand alone accessories or workshop layouts.
9, The Closing Time For Entries Will Be Advised on the Notification for Entry Submissions. Submissions must be sent via the PM (private message) system to Dauntless
Please include:
A:- A Photograph
B:- Make & Model of Engine / Item
C:- Approximate Date of Manufacture
The Closing Time for the Poll will be at Midnight Australian Time on the Last Day of every Month.
If There Is A Tie Between Entries There will be an animated picture put up to share the spoils!
10, There will be Selected Months which will be Different
NEW WINNERS MONTH entrants for the September EOTM will only be accepted from members who have not won the competition before.
AOTM (Accessories of the month) for Accessories and Workshops alone. This will happen in November Annually. The Poll during October will be Accessory themed to give us an Accessory of the Month for November.
The AOTM month is open to all members to enter, in other words rule 4 does not apply that month.
The poll placed during November will be Christmas Themed to enable us to have a festive picture on the forum throughout December. These will be announced as and when appropriate.
