+++Meccano piledriver driven by Wilesco D5+++Hi everybody!Today i made from marklin meccano parts a pile driver (for using with a steam engine) The plans said to declutch it by hand, but i made it work all automatically  (hehehe)
Driven first by my fleischmann engine, but then for demonsration i turned it by hand. I look forwand to test it under real steam. Here's the video/ pictures 
Video will come in a few minutes 
PS. my girlfriend hates the thing

fantastic! ive seen a similar one made by a old guy many years ago .he used it in garden to scare away birds lol as it dropped onto a big saw blade drove the neighbours insane and he was forced to cease. lol | ||||

Here's the piledriver in action, driven by my small wilesco.
As you see, the piledriver goes quite well although driven by a small engine... Video ends by the drivebelt's slipoff
