30 Years of the Mamod Loco?At Stoneleigh show earlier this year there was a big Mamod loco prescence to commemerate the 30 year anniversary. Just one question will the Mamod Loco be 30 in 2011, everywhere on the web states that it was first released in 1981, but even the Mamod website states that their new loco is:
"Like The Original Mamod Train Made Over 30 Years Ago Only a Lot Better."

Didnt the RS1 debut in 1980? As a set, I believe the Loco was sold as a separate item later, but if available in the set, 2010 would be the date. Maybe the prototype was before 1980

According to "The Bible", the RS1 and RS2 sets were introduced in 1980 and the individual locos SL1, 2 & 3 a year later.
