a 2-6-4 Mamod Loco!Got this loco from a toy fare recently.
It is very well made and I have run it and it goes quite well for the weight. I will try a meths burner and higher pressure valve sometime.

A very interesting Mamodification.
Should look great when repainted and lined out - a British Railways tank loco perhaps?

Thats pretty good. That has to be one of the better extreme mods I've seen done to a Mamod loco.
I like it.

thats brilliant, just goes to show, mamod could easily have built a O scale locomotive, as opposed to the 14mm/16mm (tbh its somewhere in between  ) one they did.
Some Southern Railway (UK) transfers and you've got yourself a River tank
Some LMS transfers and a coat of maroon and you've got a Fowler tank.

As Matt said, SR transfers or LMS transfers. OR if you were to repaint it black you have a BR Standard 4 tank on your hands 
Possibly the best mod I have seen on a Mamod loco
