a great morning was had at a steam club today

here's some pics I took-

the engine (shown here with the tall brass stack) I thought that was stolen, found in a cupboard in steamshed.

interesting to note that the WS1 workshop in the pics has its polishing and grinding wheels the opposite way round to normal.

Very nice little gathering there.

The "missing but found" engines looks interesting!
The boiler may be Bing or homebuilt, but the engine is clearly a marklin....should run very smooth, i have the same engine, and it runs perfectly

thats how it came out of the box brand new.
was the first time ive hooked it up.
