Please excuse my ignorance, but is there an annual Mamod rally held anywhere in the UK?

Hi, yep, the forum has it's huge stand every year at Steam Toys In Action, at Abbey Pumping Station in Leicester.

STIA is a tremendous event, and not just Mamods but all types of steam toys. Plus, lots of us will be there too... if that's a plus... of course it is!

As well as the one at Leicester Chris, there is a Mamod only exhibition at Kempton Pumping House. There are a few of the rarer Mamods on show too, so well worth going to

No details if there will be one next year though, although I'm sure Mr. Crammond can enlighten us
