Just stumbled across another steam forum.
It is not about Toy Steam but model steam.
Its free to join but if you want to download their plans they have on it you must pay $12 US.

I haven't paid my money to access the plans but may once I've got my lathe.

I think paying to download plans is fair enough, they cost time to produce, and $12 seems a bit of a bargain (about £6 UK).
