Anyone help with the model of this Doll?

Here's a Doll that i've recently come upon. You can see the trademark but i'm at a loss for the model. Also i doubt that the matt black is original (perhaps i'm wrong?) She's quite a size though. She's also missing the burner but i'm sure i can survive. I do rather like the boiler inspection "hatch"! What do you think?

Hope you're all having a good weekend! Ruairidh.

I think that's great. I'm like you not sure if it's all original but it still looks just right. As or model. I'd guess early and probably a 308. Mirko will know more when he sees it.
Nick

I like the flywheel on that one, very unique.
Les

Nice looking engine with an unusual flywheel.

I get the impression that aside from the paint that it's all original. It's a very simple model too. According to the trademark it seems to be from 1935-38.

I found that here... http://eurekaifoundit.us/steam/trademarks.html

I think it looks older than that though... Maybe?!

Looking forward to Mirko casting his expert eye over it

Well, this is a doll locomobile.
But...the base does not look like doll, although it has the doll badge (??) Very interesting. The Boiler and the firebox do look propper, the flywheel is not original, aswell as the whistle is not.
The overflow plug is soldered up with that ring...maybe you can take that off?

Chimney is also not original, but the cowl does look original!

The railing is also not original...

Oh boy, that base confuses me...never seen that shape before
But definetely doll

Thank you Mirko! As usual you are eagle eyed. Can you tell through all the oddities and idiosyncrasies what model and year this may have been?! Sorry to be such a pest and thanks again. Next time i think i should consult you before i buy

Was watching that & even had a bid (not far from here either) but knew it would be too much for me & was very pleased when I saw it go to Ruairidh
I did some research at the time but couldn't come up with anything that matched its size. It's a monster, a giant version of my tiny 308.
Could it have been a one-off, demonstration model or similar?
I'm hoping someone can find the answer too, but if Mirko is stumped.........
