Anzac Day tomorrow

Anzac stands for Australia & New Zealand Army Corporation.

here's a plate of freshly baked Anzac biscuits. (thanks to my mum)

I agree Clinton, soft and chewy is the way to go but I guess if we really want to have them like the diggers did they should probably be hard and stale.  
This is the first year in 5 years I haven't taken part in my local ANZAC march as now I've retired from the SES I can't join in.
