Awaken after 40 plus years idleThis little Wilesco cost me $20 from Craigslist. I ordered new parts but could not wait to fire her up. I learned it leaked everywhere and the gaskets have yet to arrive. It managed to start after some wrenching to slow the leaks. It is still under restoration, but I did cleant it up a bit.I hope my first video works here... |

at the start I was looking at the top of the boiler and could not work out what it was on the end ? Half a whistle ?? |

You are correct, it is half a whistle. One of the parts on order. I bought the motor from a 75 year old physician who said its been in his family since he was a child. The boiler has no window, so I am wary of running her dry. Also, I am not sure how much/many tablets to put in. I used 2, one flat and one upright and hot water for this first run. |
