Becker Saw ManThis is my latest addition for my collection. He's a very old steam toy. With some of these figures it's difficult to tell who made them but this man is German and was either made by Becker in about 1910 or Mohr and Krauss in about 1905.
I think he has some real charm (even if not much paint) and is a good addition to the early german engines part of my collection.

I know John. They can be lots of fun and a lot cheeper than getting the engines. I've got the four in the picture that I can identify and another couple I think maybe German but I'm still looking for information on.
What I like next is an American Weeden tool to go with my Weeden Traction Engine.

we know how it is it is hard to stop buying when you see something nice. we need to stop for a while also and let our bank acc catch up.

That is very nice, very rare and very collectable. The Germans made a great range of accessories and it is great to see them still being loved.
