Blue Horse Shoe Jensen #20 Big Power Plant late 1940'sHere is a great engine that finished on ebay last night. A good friend from another state
was the lucky winner. Today I picked it up for him (just a few miles from our home).
Below you will see pictures as it arrived and after cleaning. I haven't tested it
yet other than to run it on air and it all works fine.

Gil, I know of nobody who can clean and polish an engine without refinishing and have it look so good. I have the soul mate to that engine, but of course I did refinish it a "bit"...

Very nice Gil. It's new owner will be happy with that one.
That one certainly had a fair amount of dust on it, you cleaned it up well!
Just noticed the tag is in a different place to the one Roger has.

Interesting observation Griff...they are tagged in different spots. I have seen that on Jensen's before, perhaps just a personal preference on the part of the actual assembler.

I would not be at all surprised if the tags were put on whatever free space was closest to Tom Sr at the moment he reached for the tag.
