Cambridge Toy Steam DayJust been announced!Cambridge Toy Steam Day will be held on Sunday 24th August 2008 at the Technology museum, Chedders lane, Cambridge. Anyone intending to exhibit displays of Mamods & all makes/models etc, please can you get in touch with me to reserve a space. Ok, we know a bit more now!
The show will run from 11am to 5pm & will be held mainly in the Spackman building at the Cambridge Museum Of Technology. We'll aim to get a pool built if anyone wishes to bring boats & as previously mentioned, there will be a 32mm gauge running track for locos. It has also been confirmed that the museum will be in full steam that day. As well as the main pumping engines, the steam operated incline railway will be in operation. Chris. |

Now the Cambridge Garden Railway Show is out of the way, the next model steam day will be the Toy Steam Day in August!
It's now been confirmed that there will be a pool in the main building for those who wish to steam up boats. If you'd like to book a table/space at this show, please contact me now. Anyone who wishes to stop over in tent/caravan etc, this is also possible. Chris. |
