Very nice Moose, I thought mine was bad for leaking water and steam everywhere but watching yours it seems normal.

Oh what a bargain that turned out to be Odilon. Box as well mate.
Runs like a charm.
I bet that's capable of running a few accessories.
I look forward to seeing it working hard.

OOOO, I do like that one.

Congratulations, Moose, that's a nice one! A pity it doesn't have a main steam valve - and yet, you have managed to "tame" it.
Actually, the cylinder/slide-valve haousing combination reminds me a bit of your EPD. the pictures seem to indicate it is one cast housing and not an extra valve housing soldered to the cylinder. Am I right?
Cheers!!!!!!!!

Hi Thomas,
My thoughts exactly - it is a little EPD-ish, and the sound is quite similar. However, the valve is in a separate valve block on this one, with a gasket to the cyinder. Also the EPD has a piston valve, the Cyldon has a D type slide valve, held onto the valveports by steam pressure.
But they are very similar in scale and layout.

Oooohhhh! That`s a cracker!
Well done Odilon.....

Lovely engine Moose. Thanks for the video.
