d32 boiler oh dear oh dear!!!!!

Hello again bugger! yep its goin pair shape .had a other go the boiler give in before the silver soldier   !D32 BREAKING FOR PARTS !NO ONLY JOKING !!looks like a new boiler still fancy making one out of steel ,you might be right 3mm thick might be abit much ,might try 2mm .How good are gas burners never used one .Had a look on eBay biggest one i could find was 120mm long by 1" wide .Could have a go at making one of those as well and go the full hog   could this be the first d32 with a steel boiler! or maybe not!!! ill keep you posted!!

The disadvantage with steel will be that although you galv the out side the inside will rust quickly unless it is thoroughly dried after every session which may not be easy

... you could use a stainless steel pipe. They're not that pricecy.
