Doll 2 cylinderAnother from my collection-have fired it and runs great.
Not in the best shape and needs sight glass. Someday I have to get the parts and learn how to do it. Also need a stack-stole from another Doll to take images.
Anyone know the model or year it was made? Every source I have always shows a model of the 2 cylinders enclosed in one shroud.

No, Came from someone in CA. earlier this year (all of my engines have been obtain this year)
Don't have any equipment to make a video but having said that I think my camera will take a short video.
Have to thank Kusuchi for walking me thru just getting images from camera to photobucket.

You have to switch the olace of the whistle and the pressure gauge...
Pressure gauge comes always first (exept plank engines)
..Just a small detail...

Nice machine. I just saw a similar one listed on ebay, but it is stripped and half-restored/rebuilt.

Heres the one from Hong Kong- its the usual sort with the cylinder cover over both cylinders

Never saw that one.
Mine does not have sight glass but doubt that the china one was original. Also base looks restored.
Mirko gave me wedsite to indentify model but even that one does'nt show this particular one with two cylinder covers.
I defintely want to get correct sightglass since I feel it's nice example other than the wear on platform which I doubt I'll ever tough.

That is a very nice engine.
Reminds me of the early Marklins, except as you noticed, for the separate shrouds.
Please advise if you obtain a positive ID.
If you need advice on uploading video, PM me.
