E-Bay Names.

When I browsing though a couple of weeks ago, I came across a list of E-Bay names verses members names.

I want to add mine to the list but I cannot find it again. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Thanks.
James

Hi Les,

I'm a sticky beak so I just looked at what you had bought recently and see you got yourself a hercules crane.
Thats high on my wish list to make.

It is built using the Reeves 2000 'popular' engine to a plan from Tubal Cain's book 'Building Simple Model Steam Engines although yours looks to be slightly modified.
Have you run it yet and if so can you do a video of it?
Les

Hi,

I only got a couple of days ago, didn't know what it was, apart from the obvious and that I like the look of it, and have not yet had a chance to run it yet. But I glad someone knows what it is.

Thankyou.

No probs Les,
The original plans used Meccano gears but yours has much more solid ones on it but other than that looks the same as the original one.
Let me know if you have any problems as I can easily give you the drawings for parts etc or you can buy the book from most good book stores or Amazon.
The books full title is.
'Building Simple Steam Engines' By Tubal Cain
ISBN 1 85486 104 2

He also did a second book with the same title which has more complex engines in it.
Its a very cheap book at around £6 and well worth it just to get ideas on how to fix steam engines even if you never plan on building one from scratch.
