Is there any way I can tell which one I voted for? It was such a close run thing that now I've forgotten!

Sorry MC I don't think so, and I see the NZ engine has made a sudden sprint and is now infront.

I would normally be closing this poll in a few minutes so it was changed midnight OZ time but as this is such a close run race will let it run until midnight GMT which means you have a few more hours to vote if you haven't yet.

James will wish you did close it early now

Quick someone else vote!
We can't have a draw!

Very close one this month!
Thanks to all that voted for my David Auld engine. Much appreciated and let me assure you that the cheque is in the mail
Seriously, I am grateful. It is the most favourite engine in my collection. A little different from other Auld engines as it doesn't have a safety valve.
The paint work is fantastic on it. It doesn't look like it has been steamed up. Let me assure you, it gets a good workout and the paint is like new. It also runs very well.
As weird as this sounds, I am more excited about winning this than I was about graduating with the doctorate a couple of weeks ago

I must admit I wanted you to win and I saw at one point you were only a vote or two behind so posted to the poll to remind people to vote and hoped they voted for your engine and luckily they did.
I think this is the first engine not made in the UK or Germany that has won it, well done!

cheers, Tony. I appreciate that. To be honest, I was surprised that it won. A good range of engines as usual this month.
Glad I could, in a small way, restore some NZ pride
