Erik's table

It's time to show my table

Let's start with the minors:

These two minor 2's are both totally original, they've only been cleaned.

Two minor 1's

My SE1 models. The one in the middle is totally restored, the one on the left is for sale and the one on the right is going to be used for spares

My SE2's, the one on the right will be restored (using parts from the SE1 in the last picture)

Two se3's, both fully restored. The one on the left is a G&G.

A mint SE1a, never used

The SP range is not very much present in my collection, however the SP1 was my very first mamod The SP5 is still awaiting further restoration.

That's it for the mamod part of my collection, but there are still some more...

My Bowman of luton pw201. I'm very happy with the way this restoration turned out

My Only real bowman model, the m122. A powerful beast that's still totally original.

A rare find, the Algra john ericsson engine.

That's it! Hope you enjoyed it/

Nice pictures Erik. Can you show us the burner for the John Ericsson? It's an unusual boiler design.... do you steam it?
erikl

The burner is hidden in a clever way, here it is:

When I received it I first thought the burner was missing.
This is how you get it out:

The boiler is actually just a vertical one, you can see it on this picture:

I ran it a while ago:

Thanks for that Erik. It's a very interesting engine!

Thanks Erik.
It's my first time watching a John Ericsson run.

I've never seen good big pictures of the Ericsson.  Can we get a picture of the engine itself?  It looks like the cylinder is a casting.

And thanks for sharing!

here you go:

Can you believe I got this engine for only 37,50 GBP ?
IndianaRog

Erik, the John Erickson is surely an interesting piece, quite innovative burner and speed control designs...thanks for sharing, most of us have never seen one let alone seen it run.
