Fleischmann 125 ?I bought this as a Fleischmann 125/2 but is it maybe a 125/4 ?
Strange that in real life the motor bases look dark green , unlike photo. And i think the chimney might not be original , a bing maybe ?
can you ID it please , im new at this

That is indeed a Fleischmann 125/4 c1965. It has the wrong chimney, the one you have appears to be either a Doll or Bing chimney which is a desirable chimney to have so do not get rid of it.
Here is a link to the Fleischmann website I use for identifying these engines.

Did you get the spare engine in the same purchase?

Thank you for the info and address , and actually i bought the spare motor first thinking i was getting a whole steam engine bargain , I have learned to read descriptions better now , but maybe a future project with 2 motors is possible.

You have a great 125/4 of the year from 1966 (Yellow Fleischmann sticker and the pressure gauge is already the last version).
The chimney is not original but you can get one on Ebay ( these are sometimes offered).
In the photo you see my original 125/4 from 1965.
