Fleischmann steam engine accessories

Hi Guys,

I'm wondering if any of you know any information about the Fleischmann steam engine 'workmen accessories' which are sometimes for sale. I have one 'man by the well' and a lineshaft. I know there were more of them released. Maybe you can tell me what others were once available. It seems they are quite nice to display and look alot better then the modern wilesco counterparts.

here is one of mine see below. Maybe share your collection here..

Regards, Mark.

If you want a good book on accessories I would recommend
Steam Toys A symphony in Motion by Moton A. Hirschberg

Its not perfect but it is the best general reference book there is.

Here is is on Amazon US

Thankyou for all your replies. The links were very helpful and informative! I now see these little workmen are quite popular amongst the forum members.

Les  you have a great collection there. Thankyou for the link.  Since I have purchased my 'man by the well', I  can see it is missing one of the 'water splashback plates'.  Oh well, not to worry..

Thankyou.

It is a very nice accessory, c1956, and you should not worry about a piece being missing, there are worse ones out there.
