Has anybody experienced any difficulty connecting to the forum, i tried all day and it was 12 hours before I could get connectted, got quite a few other things done though

The other night it was a bit slow for me and I have in the past lost connection to MFF for several hours but other members were having no problems.

If things like that happen it is usually a router issue somewhere in the Internet that will sort itself out in a few hours but until then there is not much you can do.

Had a problem all Friday night and all Saturday, just got back on, in the normal way this morning.

Note, I put in the search engine Mamod steam toys and Moos's sight came up, I was able to get in through there - Thanks Moose!!

I usually log on here through, http://www.mamodforums.co.uk/ This addy has been unavailable several times during the last few days, though http://modelsteam.myfreeforum.org/ has been ok that time.

The Mamodforums address was on the leaflet James gave me at STIA, 9 months ago.
To get to the forum I click on the red Mamodforums logo.
This caused me no end of head scratching as I couldn`t find the addy for individual postings.

Has the forum always been on "modelsteam", as oppose to "mamod"?
If so why didn`t I know about it?

Well I guess its good to know its not just me. I had no problem accessing any other site

I was having problem accessing the www.mamodforums.co.uk but no problem accessing the other one

Like Tony, the only real problem I had was the forum was quite slow a while back.

I log in via my favourites which has the address of

I've used that since day one.

The address I registered to MFF with was:

Then we registered it with .tk (loads of pop ups)

www.mamodforums.tk

Then I paid ( ) to have it .co.uk

www.mamodforums.co.uk

All 3 of the addresses bring you to the forum like, so if one goes down use another
