Four smaller Bowmans going at onceIts half term here, so got all 4 smaller Bowmans we have out and steamed them all at the same time.
Have vids as well, but its taking an age to load up
Amazingly all 3 of my boys, me dad and I gathered round to admire the view. (2 boys usually run away when the smell of meths develops )
For a bit of fun, guess which went for the longest time (if any )
M180
M175
M167 (base holding up better than I thought to meths, )
and M158
and just about all together
I will post a better 4 some pic but its upside down. so cant edit it at the mo.

That rumpled up old 175...a seasoned veteran, a well loved machine...gotta be that one.

Thanks all for your comments.
Interesting the voting. All were lit at the same time just about, - there is a clue in the burners- you will have to look closely, and the biggest clue is whats in the burners (wick wise)
One more pic

I still yeckon it's the 167 as its' a different burner.

Maybe that's what he's getting at.

I was guessing the 167 as there is less for the engine to operate, fewer gears etc.

I am also going for the M167, no countershaft so less off a power drain, and also it has a heavier flywheel than the M180, so more inertia.
Might be wrong though, as the burner will also play a big part.
