Your choice of words gave me a good laugh

My mate's Harry the Rocket is actually a steallar little runner. It has been slightly modified (reversibly) with Meccano sprockets and chain and has been modified to run on gauge 3 which fits the scale much better.
jakesm

ok pauly,

i give you that it is different!
MooseMan

reminds me of my "Flying Pig"!

Roly Williams

It's ugly as hell but it's not unique in that respect. I've heard it runs quite well.

Please don't poke your eyes out. Send it to me before you do that.
pauly

so its just me and James?

I have seen them run well but that doesnt make up for a design that looks like the designer drew it blindfolded at an office party as a joke now does it.

Looks like the discerning members and those with taste do not own this particular model.  What a suprise that you AND James do.

I'd quite like one just for a laugh!

I've always said if I could get one cheap I would, just for the fun of it.

I think it's still an essential "want" type engine, if you are into Mamods AND a loco fan. So it's not really on my list.

Just to add. That's not to say I don't like Locos. I think they are great. It's just I need a layout like yours Pauly, something I can add too as time goes on. I have plenty of space but with track costs/postage to here, I can't do it
Minor1PJG

I really quite like it

Have you run it?  How does it go??
Mamodman123

It's like a good wine. I have a feeling it will mature with age

Or turn to vinegar
pauly

so is the counter still at 2?

just me and James, a landrover driving teenager who thinks he lives in the 1800s and a foulmouthed garden railway obsessed teenager who would rather rip his own eyes out than be polite!

Burnmafingers

If it hurts your eyes so much, i'll do you the huge favour of taking it off your hands! Hell, I'll even through a tenner your way
