Hello from Germany :)Dear members,
I am new here and I like to introduce myself a little bit. I am 43 years old, married and have three little children (1, 3, 5 years old). I live in Germany, the land of Wilesco
I was collecting View-Master viewers and stuff (You know those 3D round cards called reels) But I was getting bored with them as I had nearly all collected they ever produced. So I was looking for a new hobby. My wife gifted a small Wilesco D3 to last christmas and so a new old interest was reactivated. I owned an electric Wilesco D20 approx. 20 years ago which I unfortunately had sold soon.
Now I am getting hooked in Model Steam Engines
In the last 4 weeks I purchased an old "Old Smokey" Wilesco Roller, a Fleischmann 122/4 and an old Wilesco D5 (Without water glass in the boiler). My newest purchase is a very old Wilesco D8 (with rounded base plate)
Now I will take a look at all this interesting threads first
