Hello from TASMANIAI wasn't going to continue to make these damn machines, but got the bug again when I saw the Hornby' HO steamers.( Now have 2 of em). I've had the 3 1/2 Rockets and a mamod loco and a wilesco for 20 odd years. Must be getting old. Now have 7 1/4, 3 1/2, O gauge in the yard, HO in the garage. In process of making 3 IDRUS De wintons by Dave Watkins - www.davewatkins.pwp.co.uk/idris.pdf. and going to start Eric as well.
Cheers from TAS

Welcome from Perth Western Australia.
I think your our first member from Tassie but I stand to be corrected.
Sound like you got a nice selection of locos.
The Hornby Rocket live steamer is on my want list to get one day even though I've been told they are poor performers they look really nice.

Another big Scottish welcome.
You've come to the right place to be among people who have well and truly caught the steam bug.
I look forward to seeing your engines and talking steam with you.

Hi Geoff,
A very warm welcome from Germany from another Loco owner !
You are in the right place ! A Lot of steam and very helpful and friendly people are around here.
I own nine live steam locos in gauge 1 and Gauge 0, three of them are vintage locos over 80 years old and twelve other steamengines, mostly traction engines and Rollers. And my collection isnīt even the biggest !
Thereīs no industrial made toy steam engine, which hasnīt a reference on this forum . I was introduced to steam toy makers I never even heard of until I joined this forum ! This forum is a never drying source of steam knowledge! So welcome to the right place
cheers Joe
