Hi
Just joined the forum i am from Scotland Aberdeenshire
There are so many interesting articles to read through i will be lucky if i get any thing done.
My interest are steam and any thing to do with steam .
I enjoy restoration work as well as complete builds.

Two bolts from underneath countersunk so the heads were flush they screw into two bronze bushes silver soldered to the base of the boiler.

Yes a Macsteam boiler.  just finished this project and started on the TE1A

Love the S50.  Clever detail on the mounting of the MacSteam Boiler.

I had it a 48" herring drifter for about 10 years and decided to pull it out and sell the boat

Not at the moment to many other projects on the go. Lots that have been started but not finished will have to try and finish them.

That's a very nice little piece there, not sure about a boat, but I agree it looks like it needs to drive SOMETHING.
