I've been a member of your forum for a while & really appreciate it very
much.

I like the friendly, helpful, 'family' atmosphere & I must say it gives me
great pleasure to come here, not only to glean useful information but also
to admire your machines & share your passion.

I don't know whether a twinning of our forums is possible or how it could be
done but in the meantime I would like to present our own modest Blooo.fr
forum, that is but a few weeks old. It's with great pleasure that I invite
you to come & subscribe. Even if you speak or read little French, there are
online translators & the forum interface can be set to English on the
profile page. We will always find ways of understanding each other &
despite my own very bad English, I am proof of this, as a member of your
forum.

Depuis quelques temps maintenant je suis inscrit sur votre forum
et j'apprécie beaucoup.

J'aime aussi beaucoup l'esprit de "famille" et d'entraide du forum et je
dois dire que j'ai beaucoup de plaisir

à venir glaner des informations très utiles et instructives, mais aussi à
admirer vos machines ainsi que la passion
qui vous anime.

Je ne sait pas si un jumelage de nos deux forums est possible, ou dans
quelles mesures ça peut se faire,
mais en attendant que ce soit réfléchi, je vous présente notre modeste
"Blooo Forum" qui a vu le jour il y a
seulement quelques semaines, et c'est avec un grand plaisir que je vous
invite tous à venir vous inscrire sur notre forum,
même si vous ne lisez pas du tout ou très peu le Français, vous pouvez
utiliser les traducteurs automatiques et nous arriverons
déjà à nous comprendre d'une façon ou d'une autre, parlant très mal
l'Anglais j'en suis la preuve sur votre forum et vous pouvez
mettre l'interface du forum par votre "Profil"

Bege, thank you very much for the invitation! I have just registered on your forum, and I think you have done a very good job with it so far. Unfortunately, if I use the Babelfish translation link that Tony gave above then it doesn't let me log on. There must be some way around this... I'll do some research!

Thats what has happened to me also so there is a problem with the babel fish and the login process

The only way seems to be to log onto the French forum, and have the Babelfish translator open in another window, minimised, so that you can bring it up when you need it. Then you can browse around the forum and if you come to a page that you want in English, maximise Babelfish and paste in the url of the required page. I haven't tried posting yet... I'll have a go tomorrow!

Yes you could log on with babelfish so use that to read and if you want to post you will need to log in the french version.
