Ingrid Betancourt was freed after being held hostage for over 6 years by some commie scum that don't even know what that is.
A daring and well executed miltary operation. The lady is back with her family. American hostages freed with her. Damm good work!
There're still over 700 (!!!) hostages in the jungles of Columbia.

this is why I don't read newspapers or watch the news anymore. Its just too damned depressing.
