Is David Cameron the Most Irritating person of all time?Do you think David Cameron is the most obnoxiously irritating irksome oik in all of time?
The damn thing is that Gordon Brown is so dire - I'm worried we'll end up with Irritating Oik No.1 also known as the Tory party leader for next PM.
As a measure of his popularity I'm running this indepth, balanced and considered poll as a gauge to measure his popularity amongst us fellows here on this forum!

As you don't know who he is, you can still vote, just use the 3rd option! I did say this was a balanced and considered poll!
He's actually the leader of the Conservative party here in the UK. He'll probably be the next Prime minister when we have the next government general election.

For non UK residents: David Cameron is the leader of the Conservative (Tory) Party. He's a toffee-nosed tw*t who demonstrates how hip, young and "with it" he is by cycling to work once a week.....followed by a car that carries his briefcase.
Gordon Brown is the current Prime Minister - took over from Blair. He's a grey-faced dour greeb who sold out the good name of socialism and in doing so sold Britain down the river, and is slowly but certainly turning it into a police state where everyone is afraid of anyone who maybe looks slightly different.
Politics? Don't get me started!

Ahhh, I now know who he is.
I liked Tony Blair but his replacement has the charisma of a house brick, can't really comment on his politics and my wife (She is Scottish) has been telling me Tory's may win the next election as their new leader has charisma and Labour leader doesn't.
I will make no comment either way as to my preference as I have no interest in getting into a debate in politics.

Well, as an immigrant to the UK I'm not allowed to vote in the general elections. I AM of course allowed to pay taxes and national insurance. Gordon Brown says that foreign nationals should apply for British citizenship to further a "sense of belonging" - but of course doesn't mention that this process costs the better part of £1000, and includes a citizenship test which contains questions like "how many members does the Welsh assmbly have" (come on, how many of you Brits know?").
So I remain a foreigner....maybe if Britain opts out of the EU I'll get deported, that'll be fun too.
Blast, I'm getting angry now.

Just to upset you more when I lived in the UK I could vote, I don't have British citizen ship but I'm an Australian so being a Commonwealth citizen I could vote.
It's funny the UK election I voted in was the first election I wanted to vote in because I wasn't forced to vote.
In Australia once you reach 18 it's illegal not to register to vote and if you don't vote you get fined and if you don't pay the fine you go to jail. Hows that for democracy.
Our previous prime minister introduced a citizen ship test too and one of the questions is about Don Bradman a cricketer from the late 20s to the 40s. (Our previous prime minister was a big cricket fan)
What that has to do with being able to fit into Australia I don't know.

I think that Tony Blair left us in a bit of a state, which is contributing towards Gordon Brown's downfall.
However, instead of correcting these problems he has made things much worse.
I think we will be well rid of him next election, I would like to see David Cameron as PM just to see how he does.
We would only have to endure him for 4 years if he does well, and 5 years if he doesn't do well!
Anyway, he is a 'toff', not an oik

He was also seen cycling the wrong way down a one way street - that must have been fun with the car following too! The reason he gave for the car following along behind him was that he couldn't carry his briefcase on the bicycle! Supreme logic from our next leader! You really want that kind of person in charge of the nuclear trigger! Haven't people even heard of panniers these days?
The other stunt that added to his popularity in my book was his flight out to the Arctic to see some melting ice, so he could ramble on about being green to get a few of the green partys votes!

With all credit to labour they are doing their best to continue what the tories did, using the solid foundation of ruination that the conservatives laid down during their decades of power!

where everyone is afraid of "looking at anyone the wrong way at or even commenting on" anyone who maybe looks slightly different.
Don’t forget the new law, we have now lost our freedom to criticise anyone from a minority in public.

With all respect Alan
The last Tory government spent 10 yrs turning a real mess of a bankrupt country left to them by labour, into a real player and powerhouse of the western world.
Then as it was really starting to boom, Labour stepped in took it back. You have got to be blind to not see, as the whole world knows, they have tried there blooming best to destroy and bankrupt our great nation since. Because they know they can hand it back to the Tories soon to sort out again.
I think obama will soon find out he is in the same boat if he gets in!
I’ve broken it you can have it back now…

Wasn't inflation and unemployment at their highest under the tories. The economy was boom and bust, dropping in and out of recession. Trade unions were crushed by the tories along with our manufacturing base.
Happy times for sure! You have to admit that during their reign in Government the labour party have kept the economy on track far better than the tories ever did.
