Yes!
Notice it has the older brass whistle, and the smokebox still has the old "TE1" designation.
I carn't tell in the pic, but the rear wheels should only have two rivets cast into the rim, as opposed to three of the later engines.
These are all marks of an earlier engine.
Edit Just noticed the rear wheels are the later large hub type that came in around 78, so they are NOT original.

The description actually specifically mentions that the wheels have two rivets - maybe it's just the hubcaps that have been replaced.

Use this as a benchmark Moos, the gear stick looks to low on your picture. It may be a normal one bent up straight!
