thanks I will probably do my first restoration with this because I am not a fan if rusty bases and theres a big patch of rust that the hamster blocks Ill upload another pic soon

It will go easily, just use the right materials and take your time. Once done it will look brand new.

Most likely a bit of corrosion, will come off ok though!

it's just oxidization on the flywheel, the same polish you use for brass may get it off, otherwise use some fine grade, 1,000-2,000 W & D to cut it back.

Decal on 1 side is it worth saving it might be but you may be able to find a new one keep up the good work.
