All I can say is that guy is up for a hell of an infection if somehow he got that non-sterile coin to travel from his gut to his skin and removed with a razor.

When he takes the knife out, I am amazed that no one feinted.

Well the "skin" on his arm is obviously artificial (note the bracelet on his wrist to hide the end). How the coin gets there is not so obvious but that's just the sort of thing that any stage magician does all the time. It's known as prestidigitation - "the swiftness of the hand deceives the eye".

uh.... I couldn't watch that. I'm the guy who refused to dissect anything in biology, and then refused to even take biology when it was an option...
Have a family friend who is self taught at sleight of hand. Card tricks, stuff involving nuts and bolts, coins, rubber bands...
He had a gig at a restaurant and would come around to the tables and do this stuff right under your nose. Never caught him out at anything, even after coming back and seeing the same tricks (and new ones) again and again....
