I believe Phil puts them on eBay from time to time, and you can purchase from him direct. You can contact him via his email address:

Richard, I won my Lilliput from Phil via eBay several weeks ago...great guy to do business with and there are few folks I would say can pack more robustly than me...Phil is one of them!!!
The email Simon gave you is the correct one for Phil.

Awesome
Can't wait for mine to arrive.
Oh my gosh 700
I need to get a life. At the moment all I'm getting is more steam engines. (Not that that's a problem. )

Both, Lilliput and Jenny Wren. You know me, love it, can't resist it. They are both so gorgeous it's hard to chose. Have a fabulous granite mounting base for them, (see Rog's thread).
And there is significantly worse to come later in the week unless I can manage to talk myself out of it beforehand:?

Richard, good to hear you are about to have your two engines shipped. If Phil packs them like he did mine, they will be able to withstand anything short of the 747 backing over them!!!
My Lilliput was packed in a small airtight plastic container all bubble wrapped within. THAT was taped shut and suspended in cut foam blocks about 2 inches thick...all within a stout corrogated box. The box could have held one of those honkin big Variacs with room to spare!!!
I think of myself as a good packer...Phil makes me look like a duffer!
Now begins the anticipation...took just 5 days or so to get to me, maybe as good for VI??

Is that what I think it is, if so good luck.
Hope your Jenny Wren/Lilliput turn up quick, and don't drop them down the gaps in the decking.
I did read somewhere that Phil is going to do the beam engine again, if he does that will be the one I would go for.

Great news Richard, you will be thrilled with them both.
Phil mentioned to me at Tilford that he does plan to make the beam engine again later in the year

So, are you mounting them on the kitchen counter?

You remember the STIA video saga.
I doubt this will be any better, 3 weeks is about average.
Next week I'll start getting excited over the potential arrival of Chris's (Manxmans) Wilhelm Krauss Flying Carousel. If you're reading this Chris I promise you'll see handrail pics the very day it arrives.

I wish
Same granite though. I have an finished offcut about 2 ft square.
When the engines arrive I'll photograph them on the offcut on the handrail.

It is. Thanks.
Don't want to start a stampede here but I seem to recall reading somewhere that he has taken his first order for the beam engine.
I know he's also working on some interesting collaborations with other famous modelmakers that he mentioned in our correspondence. With the tremendous surge of interest in his two miniatures I would imagine he has his work cut out right now!

The price may seem high for such a small engine, but I am sure it is well worth the price.
